The control unit in the cabin is designed for controlling bridge crane mechanism drives and is a modern and reliable device that meets all modern production requirements.

  The control unit is made of metal with the polymer coating and consists of control columns and a mounting base. The mounting base serves as a site for installation and fixing the crane operator’s seat.

    The unit columns are equipped with the control elements: discrete or analog joysticks for indication of direction and mechanism travel speed, and light signaling equipment. All control elements are marked by aluminium plates with legible inscriptions and a protective resin coating. The mounting sites for installation of the additional equipment, for example, the Siemens ET200M station of the remote input-output, can be provided for inside the columns. Additionally the control panel can be completed with the horn feeding pedal.

   Only reliable import component parts are included into the control panel: joysticks made by Gessmann (Germany), light signaling equipment Moeller (Germany), horn pedal Siemens (Germany), clip fasteners ABB Entrelec (France).
  
The control panel is custom-made and can be delivered as a part of the crane drive system TEDF-KM, and also as a separate device with ready electrical wiring or without it for independent installation of the additional equipment and arrangement of wires.
